Accounts assistant

The role involves bookkeeping and data entry, ensuring accurate recording and maintenance of financial transactions using a computerized accounting system. It requires applying double-entry accounting principles to ensure proper debit and credit entries, along with processing and reconciling bank transactions accurately. The job also includes maintaining and updating general ledger records, organizing and managing financial documentation for corporate clients, and assisting with GST filings and corporate tax computations. Additionally, the position supports other accounting-related tasks, including ad-hoc bookkeeping and finance assignments as needed.

Accounts Executive

The job scope includes a range of responsibilities such as bookkeeping, where business transactions are recorded into computerized accounting systems, ensuring accurate financial records and proper documentation. It also involves managing full sets of accounts, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and preparing audit schedules when necessary. The role requires ensuring timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing of accounts, as well as preparing annual financial reports in compliance with accounting standards. Additionally, the position entails corporate tax computation and filing, GST filing, and ensuring adherence to relevant regulations. Ad-hoc duties may also be required, providing additional accounting support as needed.
